How to use your products.
Below you can read how you should take care and use each of our fabulous products. Safety is always a priority when dealing with naked flames and melting wax.
Candles
Candles are a great way to add design and ambiance to a room, but naked flames and hot wax can be hazardous around children and pets particularly.
Time:
Q: So how long should I burn my candle for?
A: It is recommended that you should burn a candle for 4 hours maximum.Â
First Light:
Q: What should I do when I light my candle for the first time?
A: You should allow the wax to melt completely on the top layer to allow and even burn.
Location:
Q: Where should IÂ place my candle when I'm using it?
A: Your candle should be placed on a flat surface away from children and pets who could knock it over and your surface must be heat proof.
Aftercare:
Q: How do I look after my candle?
A: After each use we recommend you place the lid back on top to extinguish the flame safely. This ensures you do not burn yourself with the flame or hot wax. Each time you go to burn the candle again, we recommend that you remove the mushroom top of the wick to ensure a perfect burn. Do not touch or move the jar until it's cooled down completely.
Wax Burner & Melts
Wax melts are a great way to change the scent of your room more often. Designed in a snap bar form, you can break 1-2 squares off and place them in your wax melt burner.
Time:
Q: So how long will my wax melt snap bar last for?
A: On average, 2 squares should last you 2-3 days. This can vary depending on how long you burn the melt for. It is recommended that you should burn a tea-light for a maximum of 4 hours.
New wax:
Q: What should I do when the fragrance has gone?
A: Remove the wax that has lost its scent, and place 2 fresh squares in the dish, before lighting up the tea light.
Location:
Q: Where should I place my wax burner when I'm using it?
A: Your wax burner should be placed on a flat surface away from children and pets who could knock it over and your surface must be heat proof.
Aftercare:
Q: How do I look after my wax burner?
A: After each use we recommend you do not leave the room and burner unattended until it's cooled down completely. Do not touch or move the burner until it's cooled down completely.
Reed Diffusers
Our reed diffusers are the easiest way of  enjoying your favourite scent with no effort or flame.
Time:
Q: So how long will my reed diffuser last for?
A: The reed diffuser will last at least 3 months, giving you the full scent throughout. We recommend you turn the reeds upside down every other week to enhance the fragrance release.
Location:
Q: Where should I place my reed diffuser when I'm using it?
A: Your reed diffuser should be placed on a flat surface away from children and pets who could knock it over. You should also keep the diffuser away from naked flames.
Aftercare:
Q: How do I look after my reed diffuser?
A: Turning the reed every other week allows the fragrance to release better. Once the diffuser has completely evaporated you can get in touch for a refill.
Car Diffusers
Our Car diffusers are the easiest way of  enjoying your favourite scent with no effort or flame.
Time:
Q: So how long will my Car diffuser last for?
A: The Car diffuser will last between 4-8 weeks depending on the method you choose, giving you the full scent throughout. If you use the reed method you will find that the fragrance will soak into the reeds and lid within a week, but will still continue to fragrance your car.Â
Location:
Q: Where should I place my car diffuser when I'm using it?
A: Your car diffuser should either clip onto the vent or hang using the string from your central mirror.
